Training course Description

This program explores the effect of information and communications technology within the structure and operations in the hospitality, travel around, and travel industry. This covers subject areas dealing with the interaction between consumers, intermediaries, operatives, and management through rapidly changing technologies. Effects on service quality, production, efficiency, and profitability will probably be examined.
